He currently ranks as a 3rd degree black belt in the martial art Aikido Yoshinkai. Aikido originally sparked his interest in natural health. Let's get this clear... by "bloating" I don't mean the type you get after Thanksgiving dinner. No way! I'm talking about the type of bloated stomach that stays with you even when you're not eating. And when you do eat — even the most harmless foods — it gets worse. Maybe you know By gas, I don't just mean the normal stuff. That's fine (I even hear it's healthy). I'm referring to "stink bombs" that smell absolutely disgusting. As if bloating and gas weren't bad enough, I'd feel utterly "blah" all the time. The more gas and bloating, the more "blah" and lousy I felt. I didn't feel attractive or feminine. Maybe guys are okay with bloating and gas (some even proud), but as a woman, I find it pretty darn embarrassing. If I skipped several meals in a row I could almost get back to feeling normal. Except that kind of deprivation only works for so long.
